COVID-19 and the related school closures have presented many new challenges to regular school attendance, yet within every challenge lies an opportunity  This got us looking at attendance in a whole new way.  We implemented a new practice, and thought outside of the box, to generate new ideas to support students and families.  The presentation will share some preliminary data and anecdotal information. A few new ideas about how we might be able to effectively engage with students and families struggling to attend school virtually during this pandemic.
